Creatives

Studio Frama

For this shoot, I spent a couple of hours alongside Maaike from Studio Frama, following her work quietly behind the scenes. I observed the making of a wallet from start to finish, capturing the craft of leatherworking.

I documented the different steps of the process inside Maaike's atelier. I focused on the calm and clear focus that fills the place while she works & her hands handling the leather. The images shows how a piece slowly comes together.

Hoogeman

Shooting for Hoogeman was a dive into pure magic. His world is full of fire, bubbles and characters that seem to step right out of a dream. Each costume is handmade, designed to literally take every event to a higher level.

I focused on capturing both the act and the soul behind it. The way the performers inhabit their characters, the play of fire, the floating bubbles that catch the light just right. The result is a series that shows the spectacle, but also the artistry and joy that make these performances unforgettable.

Club Lou

Margot from Club Lou invited me to photograph her new collection: a playful series of vases and egg holders. Of course, her dog Lou, the heart and namesake of her brand, had to be part of the story too.

I captured Margot arranging her pieces in the sand, the textures of clay against the coastal backdrop, and the quiet moments between her and Lou. What came out of it is a series that feels warm and alive, just like her work.
